WORKSHOPS
 My courses reflect my own interest and development in different art areas. Adult
Education in colleges has become fairly polarised between the academic and vocational, streamlined to fit current education fashions, and does not always allow for personal identity to grow in individuals work.
Although all my courses are essentially practical, they do provide background, and a certain amount of wider Art History reference, as well as a hands-on
demonstration of technique, whether the course is an Introduction to Mosaics, Life Drawing and Painting, or any other.
I aim to make my courses inclusive and accessible, not simply crash courses in basic technique. Night classes and block courses for small groups are held at my studio at home throughout the year. I also hold a variety of workshops at various colleges and art centres across the country.
